With school starting back and new students on the road, FCSO is hosting a Teen Driver Challenge in October!
The Teen Driver Challenge is a FREE program that educates teen drivers on how to safely navigate the roads while addressing common factors that affect teen driving including speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, texting while driving, and distracted driving. Each course is taught by a Sheriff’s Deputy licensed as a commercial driving instructor with the goal of reducing a teen driver’s chances of being in an automobile crash.
The class will be held on…
🚦Monday, October 14 from 2 PM – 5 PM | Franklin County Sheriff’s Office
🚦Tuesday, October 15 from 9 AM – 12 PM | Apalachicola Regional Airport
🛞 Participants are required to have a Florida Learner’s Permit or a valid Florida Operator’s License and have the use of an automobile they usually operate for the class.
